REFUND & STORE POLICY
Booking is final once payment is made. If you have to cancel your class, whatever the reason might be, you can do it until 10 days before the booked class. After that 10 days, unfortunately, no refunds will be given under any circumstance. If your cancellation reason is regarding incompatibility with the date booked, please contact as soon as possible and we may offer other alternative dates. Please keep in mind, this is at the sole discretion of Anna Sugar Art Boutique and in busy times, it might not be possible.
If by any reason we have to cancel a booking, we will offer first an alternative date for the cancelled class and if not suitable for you, a full refund will be given.
Anna Sugar Art Boutique takes no responsibility for loss of accommodation or travel costs upon cancelling of a class for any reason, only the cost of the class will be refunded.
By purchasing your class you are accepting our terms and conditions and understand that you cannot claim for other costs such as travel and accommodation or anything else about your booking other than the cost of the class.
In summary, refunds of services can be made if the following conditions apply:
student cancelled the booking with 10 days before the booking date
if a class is cancelled by the teacher and another date it’s not suitable for the student
